Alharek ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Alharek mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
Account: A unique account created for You to access our Service.
Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
Usage Data: Data collected automatically, generated by the use of the Service (e.g., IP address, device type).
Service Providers: Third-party companies (e.g., Google Firebase, Google Maps) that process data on our behalf to facilitate the Service.
We collect several different types of information to provide and improve our Service:
A. Personal Data:
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide: Email address, Full Name, Phone number, and Shipping Address (City, State, ZIP code).
B. Device Identifiers & Security:
We collect unique identifiers such as Device ID and UUID. These are used strictly for Fraud Prevention, securing your account, and ensuring that promotional offers are not misused.
C. Location Data:
We request access to your location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION) only while you are using the app (Foreground). This is used to display nearby stores/restaurants, set accurate delivery addresses, and calculate delivery fees. We do not track your location in the background or when the application is closed.
D. Audio & Camera Permissions:
Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): Used solely for the Voice Search feature. Audio is processed in real-time and is not stored or shared.
Camera/Gallery: Used to allow you to upload profile pictures or images related to order support.
The security and integrity of your data are our top priorities.
Encryption in Transit: All data collected from the application is transmitted using secure protocols (HTTPS/TLS) and is encrypted in transit to protect it from unauthorized access.
Data Protection: We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to ensure that your personal information is stored securely within our servers.
We use the collected data to:
Provide and maintain the Service and manage your Account.
Process orders and share necessary details (Name, Phone, Address) with the Delivery Partner for fulfillment.
Prevent fraud, ensure app stability, and comply with legal obligations.
You have the right to delete your personal data at any time.

Policy: Upon request, all personal data will be removed within 30 days, unless legal retention (e.g., for tax or accounting purposes) is required.
We use trusted third-party services such as Google Firebase (for analytics and push notifications) and Google Maps API (for location-based services). These parties only access data necessary to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
